Joomla is a secure system that hosts many users with different rights. These rights are controlled in the Joomla administrator. There are many ways to start up with Joomla and many resources at your disposal to learn how to quickly get your site up and running.
Basic understanding of the Joomla CMS, its parts, and how to access them. You will also get resources on how to get started and how to further extend your knowledge of Joomla.
