New Clinics coming soon

Currently we have 5 clinics available. These clinics are just the start. You've probably already noticed that we have a lot of clinics "coming soon". It takes a lot of time to prepare a clinic. A lot of care is taken to make sure that each clinic is unique and that they are not repeating the same information, and if they are repeating something they are adding to that knowledge. Moreover we want to make sure that our students are building a foundation of knowledge. Its easy to go seek after the solution to the problem that you have right now, but instead of giving you the aswer to your problem today, we are trying to help you eliminate problems reducing the things that will snag you. Our clinics are meant to build upon each other, give you general knowledge and then delve deeper in to more specific topics. We will be releasing new clinics every other week (bi-weekly). As time progresses we will have some more advanced clinics for you.

Make sure you are a member so you can be notified by email when a new clinic has come out. We will be discounting new releases so that our members can get the most out of their membership (which is free by the way). You can also subscribe to our press releases via RSS (choose the RSS chicklet on the News page).

Where are all the videos

"Hey wait, you are advertising videos...where are all the videos!" Ya, we know, its a bummer for us too. We wanted to launch everything with videos working as advertised but it wasn't to be. Videos are coming, hopefully within the next month, but we have some major technical difficulties to overcome (ie CDN's and DRM). Once we manage all the technicalities we will begin releasing a video ever other week (bi-weekly). We will discount each of the videos when we release them. Hopefully this will satisfy all of you who need videos. Our discounts will be for a limited time. The best way to be notified about the release of a new video clinic is to be a member. Make sure you sign up, its free. We automatically send new clinic notifications when we release them (you can turn this off also). Another way to be notified is to subscribe to our News RSS (Click the RSS Chicklet in your browser address bar). We'll publish a new press release here whenever we release anything.

OS Clinics is finally here

We'll for all of you who have been patiently waiting for the arrival of regularly scheduled clinics, we have finally arrived. OS Clinics has been under deveopment for a little under a year. It may not look like much but what you see is just the tip of the iceburg. Like any web development, a good foundation is necessary for growth. We know there is a real need for good open source instruction so we have spent a great deal of time building a lasting foundation that will allow us to facilate both instructors and students current and future needs. The work is done, let the teaching begin!
